What it is:

CALM is a hypochlorous acid solution formulated for post-surgical use and at-home hair restoration care. The solution is comprised of pure hypochlorous acid (HOCl), for a topical misting application. CALM is made to emulate naturally occurring HOCl in the body, which is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and non-toxic. Its anti-itch, non-irritating, and hydrating properties reduce the introduction of microbes and support skin and follicle healing at home.

About Hypochlorous Acid:

Hypochlorous acid is naturally produced by the body during wound immune response and is active against biofilm and microorganisms. HOCl’s broad antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory nature mimics the body’s natural defenses, decreasing inflammation from mast cells and histamine response from cytokines. This makes HOCl a powerful at-home post-surgical product, as its natural properties aid in wound healing and decrease the itching sensations that lead to scratching.

Directions/Indications for Use

For post surgical applications, lightly mist the wound area. Do not saturate. Apply to the graft extractions as well as implanted graft areas. Repeat as frequently as necessary to help control itching and to keep areas hydrated and sanitized. May safely be used on application of skin against acne and bacterial infections. Packaged in white PET bottle, specifically designed for longer potency and shelf life.
