After shipping, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

SALON ADAIR is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs. If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, customers should first contact the courier before reaching out to us.
