2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, hair extensions and hair care products cannot be returned if opened or used.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked “final sale,” digital downloads, or gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
